Emily’s Little Succulent Pot
This small pot was designed for succulents but has any number of purposes. The design was inspired by swirling waves with a cloudy sky, but still leaves it up to your imagination. The blue at the bottom is a slip (coloured clay) swirled onto of the pot before it is dry, with a wash of transparent glaze to give it some shine. It is about 6 cm high, and has about a 5 cm diameter.

Emily’s Orange Pot with Lid
Hand made ceramic pot, ideal for rings and keep-sakes. This eye catching, orange pot is both useful and decorative. The glaze has black flecks through the bright orange, on the inside and the outside. To make a pot with a lid is a lot trickier than without! First the pot is made made then the lid, the two have to be dried together ready for the kiln, so they shrink at roughly the same rate. The handle is particularly delicate at this phase, so is usually wrapped in bubble wrap! The pot is about 7.5 cm tall (not including the handle) and has a diameter of 7.5 cm.
