Today's #marchmeetthemaker prompt is #reality, so I thought I'd leave the camera running while I set up for the day - clearing the table of 'making', emptying the kiln, sorting out the order for glazing and starting the kiln filling with pieces already glazed. Each time I disappear into the drying room, it's to get a bit if sand to put on each kiln shelf, which makes me think, why don't I have that next to the kiln..? With thanks to our young'uns, I've shrunk twenty minutes down to two. Then there's all the glazes and brushes and sponges to get out, tubs of water to fill, and then.. Start glazing!!
